Overview This website is operated by Thornebound. Throughout these Terms, "we", "us" and "our" refer to Thornebound. By visiting our site or purchasing from us, you agree to these Terms of Service, along with our Shipping Policy, Refund Policy and Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

1. Eligibility You must be at least the age of majority in your state of residence to place an order, or have the consent of a parent or guardian. You may not use our products or site for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

2. Products We make every effort to show our products accurately. Images are for illustration; because each piece is hand-finished, colour, finish and small details may vary slightly from what you see on screen. Sizes are approximate. Our figurines are decorative items, not toys, and contain small parts that may not be suitable for young children.

3. Pricing and availability Prices are shown in US dollars and may change without notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue products, limit quantities, and refuse or cancel any order, including orders that appear to be placed in error or by resellers. If we cancel an order after payment, we'll refund you in full.

4. Orders and payment You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information. Payments are processed securely by Shopify and its payment partners; we do not store your full card details.

5. Discount codes and promotions Discount codes are limited to one per order unless stated otherwise, can't be exchanged for cash, and may be withdrawn or changed at any time. First-order codes can be used once per customer.

6. Shipping, returns and refunds Shipping is covered by our Shipping Policy, and returns and refunds by our Refund Policy.

7. Free digital gift Where an order includes a free digital item, such as printable bookplates or wallpapers, it's provided for personal, non-commercial use only and may not be resold or redistributed.

8. Intellectual property All content on this site, including text, images, graphics, logos and designs, belongs to Thornebound or its licensors and may not be copied or used without our written permission.

9. User content If you send us reviews, photos, comments or other material, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free right to use, reproduce and display it in connection with our business. You confirm that the content is yours to share and isn't unlawful or offensive.

10. Third-party links Our site may link to third-party websites. We're not responsible for their content, products or practices.

11. Disclaimer and limitation of liability Our site and products are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Thornebound will not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or products, and our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the product in question.

12. Indemnification You agree to indemnify and hold Thornebound harmless from any claims arising from your breach of these Terms or your violation of any law or third-party rights.

13. Governing law These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
