Eligibility
How to start a return Email with your order number and the reason for your return. Please don't send items back without contacting us first; we'll reply with return instructions. Items sent back without an approved return request may not be accepted.
Return shipping Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged, defective or incorrect.
Damaged, defective or incorrect items If an item arrives damaged, defective or isn't what you ordered, email within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. We'll send a replacement or issue a refund free of charge, and in most cases you won't need to send the item back.
Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, or your damage claim is approved, we'll email you to confirm. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or card provider, it may take 5–10 business days for the refund to appear.
Exchanges We don't offer direct exchanges. To swap a knight, request a return for the original item and place a new order.
Cancellations If you need to cancel, email us as soon as possible. Orders can be cancelled for a full refund if they haven't yet been dispatched.
