Processing and delivery times
Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding US public holidays. Delivery times are estimates and can be affected by carrier delays, weather or peak seasons.
Tracking You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.
Multiple packages Items in the same order may be made and shipped from different facilities. If your order contains more than one item, such as a knight and a lantern, it may arrive in separate packages, each with its own tracking number.
Shipping Protection You can add Shipping Protection to your order for $4.99. If a protected order is lost in transit or arrives damaged, we'll send a replacement free of charge. Contact us within 30 days of the expected delivery date.
Lost, delayed or damaged orders If your tracking hasn't updated for 7 or more days, your order shows as delivered but hasn't arrived, or an item arrives damaged, email us at with your order number (and a photo for damaged items) and we'll help put it right.
